Chandigarh, September 11: The bathroom fittings from one of the toilets of CITCO at Sukhna Lake were stolen on Sunday night. The burglars entered into the bathroom after removing the door handle. Police after registering a case have initiated the proceedings.

The matter was brought into police notice after the fittings of pipes, taps sinks were found missing. Police said they have registered a case under section 457 and 380 of IPC and have initiated the further proceedings. Theft at Sukhna Lake has put a question mark over the security of other shops. One of the shopkeeper said they cannot keep their valuable items at the shop as there is no proper security arrangements during night, he added.
