New Delhi, September 11: The Delhi High Court on Monday sought responses from the Centre, Safdarjung Hospital and AIIMS administrations over the death of three persons who were allegedly denied treatment due to lack of beds.

Justice S N Aggarwal issued notices and sought responses by September 19 after taking suo-motu cognisance of news reports, one of which alleged that three persons, including two children of a Agra-based family, succumbed to injuries as they could not be admitted to Safdarjung Hospital.
