Pune, September 10: Showing no mercy, Kataria High School tamed their rivals, Vimlatai Garware High School, with a comprehensive 10-wicket victory in the Vinoo Mankad cricket competition at the Chandrashekhar Agashe College ground on Monday.

After restricting VG High School for paltry 76/9 in 15 overs, with Rohan Damle (4/17) wrecking the opposition’s batting order, Kataria School raced to the target without losing a wicket and with six overs to spare.

Rohit Kudke (23) and Rahul Sontake (19) scored the required runs.

In another xencounter, DAV School defeated Abhinav Marathi School by 12 runs.

After scoring 117/5 in 15 overs, DAV School restricted Abhinav 105/5.

At Anglo Urdu, Bhave High School recoreded a six-wicket win over DES Secondary School.
