Judge’s credit card stolen, Rs 1.37-lakh jewels swiped off

Pune, March 25 SITTING Judge of the Bombay High Court Justice R S Mohite has lodged a police complaint with the Hadapsar police that his stolen credit card was used to buy jewellery and other articles estimated over Rs 1,37,840 in Pune. The police have launched a manhunt for the culprit. Mohite lives at Worli in Mumbai and owns a flat in Mundhwa. His Standard Chartered Bank card was stolen earlier this month. The person had forged Mohite’s signatures on the counterfoils of the receipts.
