Chandigarh, December 25: The city unit of Bhartiya Janta Party organised a ‘Bhandara’ in Shiv Mandir, Ram Darbar, to mark the 81st birthday of former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

The Bhandara began at 12 noon and continued till late in the evening.

The meeting of the party workers was also held in Sector 33 BJP office Kamlam.

Addressing the meeting, city BJP chief Yash Pal Mahajan recalled the achievements of former PM and BJP veteran who has visited the city many times.
